What if I don’t like my current doctor?
When you are being treated for a work-related injury or condition, having a doctor that you feel comfortable with is very important to your recovery. Under the Georgia Workers’ Compensation Act, if you are unhappy with your current physician for any reason, you are entitled to a one-time change to a different doctor from the employer’s posted panel of physicians.
