At The Turner Firm, we work on a contingency fee basis for workers’ compensation cases- meaning we do not get paid unless you do.
The State Board of Workers’ Compensation sets the contingency fee guidelines for attorneys. It is currently 25% of the injured workers’ award of weekly benefits or settlement of your claim.
No matter which attorney or firm you hire to handle your workers’ compensation case, be sure that their rates are based on a contingency basis in accordance with the law.
