Emily Marie Usry
Prior to joining The Turner Firm, Ms. Usry worked for one of the largest insurance defense firms in Atlanta, acquiring a strong background in the areas of workers’ compensation insurance defense. While there, she gained invaluable knowledge of the many ways that employers and insurers try to deny injured workers the benefits they deserve. Armed with this knowledge, Ms. Usry now fights for injured workers to make sure that they get everything they are entitled to.
Ms. Usry is a graduate of the University of North Georgia in Dahlonega, Georgia and the John Marshall Law School in Atlanta, Georgia. Throughout her time at John Marshall, Ms. Usry worked for a claimant’s firm helping represent injured workers in a wide variety of work-related accidents. Ms. Usry is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.
